What we need to program your radio?
We need in a written channel plan for your radio including listed as follows:

specific scanning lists or customized

If you are unsure of what frequencies you operate on,
but have a radio you are currently using, include the unit (clearly

Step 3
Shipping
Drop us an e-mail first
if you require programming services. We
will advise you via e-mail of the special shipping address to send your
radios for programming. Attach Excel spread sheet or Word
document with your programming data in your e-mail. Estimated
turnaround is usually 1 or 2 days for small jobs and 1 week for larger
jobs.
Step 4
Payment
We
accept Paypal or Certified
funds only for our programming services. You can use a major credit
card with Paypal services. You will be sent an invoice to pay with
Paypal upon completion. Once payment is received, radio(s).
All
shipping and Insurance
coverage on your shipment to and from are your responsibility.
If
we are unable to program
your radio(s) for any reason, we will return your shipment with your
prepaid label.
We reserve the right to refuse any radio(s) / customer for any reason.

The Model 3000B is a compact, lightweight Service Monitor for testing FM and AM transceivers . Its low (25 lb) weight permits use in the field, powered by a vehicle battery.
The frequency range is 400 kHz to 1000 MHz in 100 Hz steps. An audio synthesizer permits generation of subaudible tones and timed tone bursts . In receive mode, an internal counter displays frequency error, modulation frequency, or received sub-audible tone frequency. RF voltage level is continuously variable from 0.03 pVRMS to 316 mVRMS.
An internal CRT display shows modulation waveform and relative signal strength . A meter reads modulation, SINAD (using the internal 1 kHz tone source), audio
input voltage, or RF power from 1 to 100 W. The internal load eliminates the possibility of damage from accidental keying. The meter and CRT both display the same information, including SINAD, noise and distortion ; however, only the
meter indicates power, and only the CRT indicates relative signal strength .
